Purpose of the Training
The aim is to enable the participants to gain the necessary mastery to determine the characteristics that candidates should have in the positions they need, to select the person or persons who best fit the ideal profile with the right method and to manage a successful recruitment process.
This interview technique aims to find out whether the candidate is suitable for the position they are seeking and what competencies they possess. The main purpose of this technique is to try to predict future performance by trying to analyze past experiences with the questions asked to the candidate. The behaviors desired to be created in the participants participating in the training are to enable the interview candidates to identify the behaviors that include knowledge, skills and attitudes that enable them to perform a certain job in the most successful way.
